Luncheon speakers include N.C. Supreme Court Chief Justice I. Beverly Lake Jr.;
U.S. District Court judges Frank W. Bullock Jr., James C. Fox,

The main presenters at the seminars will be Thomas A. Farr and Gretchen W. Ewalt,
attorneys with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart and co-authors of the
book The Employment and Labor Law Resource Guide, and other attorneys with
the firm. The book is written especially for small business owners, supervisors,
personnel managers and the attorneys and CPAs who advise companies.
Cancellation Policy: If you register but are unable to attend, substitutions are
welcome any time prior to the program date. If you must cancel your
registration, a $30 processing fee will be charged. Cancellations must
be made by 5 p.m. one week prior to the seminar you have registered to attend.
After that date, registration fees will not be refunded or
waived. No-shows will be charged the fill registration fee.
