NCCBI is headquartered almost within the shadow of the State Capitol building in downtown Raleigh. The NCCBI mission is to promote a sound economy in the state by advocating business and industry interests on matters before the Legislature and regulatory agencies.

The NCCBI professional staff is highly respected by elected and appointed officials at the state and local levels. The North Carolina Center for Public Policy and Research consistently ranks NCCBI legislative lobbyists as among the most effective in the state.
