Driving directions to NCCBI

NCCBI offices are located in downtown Raleigh, just two blocks west of the State Capitol on Hillsborough Street. The street address is 225 Hillsborough Street, Suite 460. A limited amount of off-street parking is available at the Hillsborough Place building where NCCBI is located. A city parking deck also is located one block south of our location.

Driving from points east on U.S. 64/264: Continue into Raleigh on 64/264, which becomes New Bern Avenue inside the Beltline. New Bern Avenue becomes Edenton Street. Continue on Edenton Street two stop lights past the Capitol and turn left on Dawson Street. Go one block, turn left on Hillsborough and see the Hillsborough Place building immediately on your right.

Driving from points east on Interstate 40: Stay on I-40 and Exit 298 at South Saunders Street North. Saunders Street splits and becomes McDowell Street. Stay on McDowell Street to Hillsborough. Turn left on Hillsborough, go one block and see the Hillsborough Place building on your left.

Driving from points north on U.S. 1: U.S. 1 becomes Capital Boulevard at the Beltline. Stay on Capital Boulevard, which becomes Dawson Street. Stay on Dawson to Hillsborough Street, turn left and notice the Hillsborough Place building on your immediate right.

Driving from points west on Interstate 40: Stay on I-40 after it becomes the Raleigh Beltline (I-440). Exit at South Saunders Street North. Saunders Street splits and becomes McDowell Street. Stay on McDowell Street to Hillsborough. Turn left on Hillsborough, go one block and see the Hillsborough Place building on your left.
